To follow proper hygienic condition before entering to production area.
To follow production area entry exit procedure properly.To perform cleaning and operation of lyophilizer machine and maintain record.To perform cleaning and operation of lyophilizer,loading & unloading and maintain record.To perform cleaning and operation of autoclave and maintain record.To perform cleaning and operation of vial washing & tunnel and maintain record.To perform cleaning and operation of leak test detection machine and maintain record.To perform cleaning and operation of visual inspection machine and maintain record.To perform on line in process parameters like temperature, RH, Labelling & Printing quality at specific interval as mentioned in respective MMD-II and SOPs and record the same in BPRTo maintain area and equipment logs as per SOPTo perform manual inspection of vials.To perform proper cleaning of-packing area equipment as per SOPTo perform operation of various equipment, installation and qualification at production.To perform proper cleaning of the Iyo technical area.To perform proper status labeling of area and equipment as per SOP.To pertörm proper monitoring of TEMP/RH conditions in the Packing area.To follow plant wise cGMP compliance.To take part in training whenever necessary.To –follow Good documentation practice during documentation.

• To take part in equipment qualification activities.
• To handle additional responsibility assigned by HOD.
