Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions in the Digital Services domain, focusing on high-impact areas like microservices, cloud-native applications, and scalable web architectures. Architect and implement solutions using technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Microservices on AWS, and other cloud platforms. Drive the development and optimization of API-first designs and event-driven architecture. Implement robust and scalable cloud-native solutions for financial services applications, including security and data migration strategies. Lead a team of engineers and architects in developing enterprise-level solutions at a fast pace, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business processes, define solution features, and ensure smooth integration into the existing technology stack. Ensure best practices in application lifecycle management, including solution design, development, and deployment in enterprise environments. Guide the team in managing scalability, performance, and robustness of solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of enterprise software systems in fintech. Required Skills Minimum 12 years of experience with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect or Product Architect in a Fintech environment. Solid experience in Solution Design and Architecture in the Digital Services domain, specifically with microservices platforms and cloud-native architecture styles. Expertise in Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus, REST, PostgreSQL or any RDBMS, Kubernetes, Kafka. Certification in TOGAF or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions covering Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security. Strong proficiency in Architecture & Design patterns, including Microservices, Cloud-native, API-First, Event-driven, and Composable architecture styles. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the lending, transaction banking, or fintech industries. Familiarity with enterprise software architecture and integration patterns, especially in the context of financial services. Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with MongoDB, Kafka, Rabbit MQ.
