JobTitle:

JobSummary:

As aServiceNowConsultant/Architect, you will be involved in developing, designing and supporting thetechnicalsolutions on theServiceNowplatform. You will provide administration, application development, integration with other IT services, maintenance, andtechnicalsupport, using best practice web programming techniques to create robust solutions for utilizing theServiceNowplatform.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close alltechnicaltasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of theServiceNowplatform.
• Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
• Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions inServiceNow.
• Coordinate and solve complextechnicaldata and transformation issues.

Qualifications:

• 8+years of experience ofServiceNowApplications development or Product implementation experience
• Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
• Expert in developingServiceNowBusiness Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs,ServiceNowclient and server-side scripting
• Working experience withServiceNowmodules like PPM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM is an added advantage
• Responsible for thetechnicalspecification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
• Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's

Essential Qualification:

• Certified System Admin Passport is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
