Job Description

As an Individual Contributor at Adobe, you will be part of the Field Engineering, Ultimate Success team, where you will play a crucial role as a technical advisor for Cloud and Magento application tools, optimizations, and solutions. Your main responsibility will be to provide ongoing technical consultation to clients, partners, external developers, and internal teams to ensure successful site launches and ongoing site stability for Magento Cloud customers. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the lead point of contact for customer engagements, building trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners, educating Adobe customers & partners on product features and best practices, defining operational processes for delivering value to merchants and partners, troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers, and providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on analytics. Additionally, you will collaborate with project peers, technical experts, project managers, and clients to enable team members with new product features and support, participate in the Adobe technical community to share best practices, and create standardized templates for timely and quality delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in PHP, JavaScript, and scripting languages, in-depth knowledge of Cloud concepts and services, solid foundation in DBMS, experience with version control systems, DevOps, MySQL optimization, web services, Linux/UNIX systems, web servers, requirements discovery, UML analysis, CDN's, network services, caching systems, and large-scale server applications. Communication, presentation, conflict resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, maintain attention to detail, multitask, learn quickly, and excel in a team environment. A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, and proficiency in English is required. Self-motivation, proactivity, dedication to customer success, innovation, and adaptability to change are key qualities for this role.
