Required Skills

Should have hands on experience in WordPress, templates, Static site Generators (SSG),CDN implementation, caching, plugins strategy

• Build a highly scalable product right from scratch
• Should be well versed with PHP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL, Javascript, Jquery and APIs.
• Has knowledge of any one of Git, BitBucket, SVN, etc. code management repositories
• Experience in Customization of themes and plugins & E-Commerce websites
• Shouldhave goodunderstanding on Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Should have worked on Web Analytics tools like GA/Segment etc and GSC.
• Should have experience in web performance optimization
• Should have good understanding of Core Web Vitals (CWV) and optimize them.
• Excellent experience in the web environment.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skillscan drive to root cause and solution to complex problems

Good to have Skills

• Experience on SEOtools, Page speed insights, Lighthouse, Debugbear etc.
• Knowledge of browserrenderingprocess, browser events and optimization.
• Knowledge of browser performance profiler.
• Providing technical leadership and support to development teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement WordPress architecture, including themes, templates, plugins, blades,taxonomies, and APIs.
• Analyze the requirements and specifications of our WordPress projects and provide technicalguidance and solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-qualityWordPress products.
• Defineall aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to codingstandards.
• Conduct team meetings with product team and other key project team members to go overschedules and operational milestones.
• Meet aggressive deadlines while working under pressure, dedication to building high-qualitydeliverables while being thorough in all aspects of the development lifecycle
• Should possess strong professional expertise and management skills with the ability to makedecisions.
• Ensure highest level of technical quality, security, scalability, interoperability and stability in allproducts that are developed
