Technical Analyst (Service Delivery)

As a Technical Analyst (Service Delivery) at Liftlab, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Customer Success teams and clients to ensure the smooth functioning of a specific portfolio of accounts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the Customer Success team to provide support for their client portfolios. - Collaborating with various teams such as Data & Tech Operations, Engineering, Product, and Dsci to identify and resolve issues, monitor deliverables, and meet client SLAs. - Assisting the CS team in requirement gathering, issue understanding, and platform modifications. - Managing deliverables across CS portfolios by setting proactive expectations. - Utilizing SQL skills for data analysis and quality assurance. - Partnering with the Product and Engineering teams for functional enhancements, bug fixes, and migrations. - Maintaining client configuration documents and other artifacts in an organized manner. - Building strong relationships with peers across teams based on trust and respect. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing or supporting SaaS/PaaS offerings (or less for an entry-level position). - A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred. - Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and SQL programming. - Strong willingness to quickly learn new technologies or domains and drive measurable business outcomes. - Critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. In addition to the qualifications, experience in the following areas would be considered a plus: - Prior experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS. - High-level understanding of the Digital Marketing domain or Marketing measurement platforms (desirable but not mandatory). - Experience in Ad Technology, Digital Publisher, or Digital Agency environments (optional). - Willingness to work flexible hours.
