As a Technical Analyst (Service Delivery) at Liftlab, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Customer Success teams and clients to ensure the smooth functioning of a specific portfolio of accounts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the Customer Success team to provide support for their client portfolios. - Collaborating with various teams such as Data & Tech Operations, Engineering, Product, and Dsci to identify and resolve issues, monitor deliverables, and meet client SLAs. - Assisting the CS team in requirement gathering, issue understanding, and platform modifications. - Managing deliverables across CS portfolios by setting proactive expectations. - Utilizing SQL skills for data analysis and quality assurance. - Partnering with the Product and Engineering teams for functional enhancements, bug fixes, and migrations. - Maintaining client configuration documents and other artifacts in an organized manner. - Building strong relationships with peers across teams based on trust and respect.
