Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Agronomist based in Kotagiri. The Technical Agronomist will be responsible for conducting soil and plant analysis, developing irrigation plans, and advising on plant nutrition. The role also involves researching and implementing advanced agricultural practices to improve crop yield and quality.

Qualifications

• Soil Science and Agriculture knowledge
• Expertise in Irrigation, Plant Nutrition, Plant Fertigation and Physiology
• Experience in conducting agricultural Research
• Ability to lead, train and inspire other technical and management professionals
• Ability to anticipate and solve technical issues proactively, plan and conduct various research trials to improve our knowledge and understanding of precision agricultural methods to maximize yield and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field preferred
• Experience in the horticulture or Agronomy industry is a plus
