Job Description

As a Technical Account Strategist at Stripe, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer-facing Technical Account Managers (TAMs) by efficiently resolving technical issues, performing account configurations, and managing back-office workflows. Your responsibilities will include supporting incubation and standardization initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the global TAM organization by collaborating with cross-functional teams within Stripe. You will be tasked with scoping, building, and executing processes for front-line TAMs while continuously seeking opportunities to drive efficiency and scalability. Monitoring the account health of Stripe customers, enhancing tooling for scalability, and acting as a trusted product advisor to improve the value users gain from our products will also be part of your role. Identifying opportunities for process automation and scaling, as well as pinpointing product or feature expansion possibilities, will contribute to ensuring the success of Stripe customers. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations analysis, technical account management, or similar roles. Proficiency in building and modifying SQL queries, a strong business sense, and the ability to create high-quality deliverables with attention to detail are essential. Strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders internally and externally are also required. Moreover, your motivation, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment will be key to excelling in this position. At Stripe, the hybrid work model allows for flexibility while maintaining a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work. Depending on your role and location, you may be expected to spend at least 50% of your time in the office or with users. This approach aims to foster collaboration, learning, and support for users and workflows, ensuring a productive and engaging work environment for all employees.,
