The TAM (Service Center) in the Customer Experience (Experience Cloud) business unit located in NOIDA provides delivery management of support issues and pro-active services to improve customer IT operational health in assigned accounts. The TAM's role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure technical queries are addressed in a timely manner, meeting project timelines and requirements. To succeed in this role, you need multi-year experience working in complex enterprise IT environments, innovative thinking, excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and problem-solving mindset. Additionally, you should have a good conceptual understanding of various technologies, such as object-oriented programming, web architecture, database concepts, and more. Experience with Adobe products is a plus. Responsibilities include delivering pro-active services, providing dedicated support during important customer events, coordinating with internal stakeholders, documentation of release updates, working cooperatively with different Adobe teams, managing communication professionally, and participating in knowledge base document creation.
