Tech Team Lead - API

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** At Electrolux, you will be a key player in the Digital Transformation, specifically within the Consumer Direct Interaction Organization (CDI XO). As a Team Lead, you will contribute to shaping the future of digital solutions, ensuring high quality and smooth execution. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within a digital product organization, collaborating across multiple Agile Release Trains. Your initiatives will directly impact the success of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a distributed system architecture and system integration - Design event-driven applications leveraging microservices architecture on a cloud platform - Conduct a Model and assess complex IT solutions - Collaborate with platform engineers and other IT professionals to select compatible design solutions - Manage and adhere to the release management process - Analyze the scope and expected organizational impact of information systems - Evaluate existing systems and provide recommendations on meeting organizational requirements - Ensure technical components align with the business needs of the organization - Secure information systems from threats - Provide guidance on project design, costs, and benefits - Identify technical debt and recommend alternatives or improvements **Qualifications Required:** - University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related subjects preferred - 12+ years of experience in building applications - Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture - Proven experience with microservices-based architecture - Proficiency in coding with modern programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Node.js - Experience with API-first development - Extensive knowledge of Cloud Computing, with a preference for Azure - Expertise in modern document-oriented databases, preferably MongoDB - Experience in developing components for Event-Driven Architecture - Agile environment experience with focus on engineering practices - Data Migration experience - Good knowledge of virtualization - Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies - Fluent in English **Additional Details:** This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India. *Benefits Highlights:* - Flexible work hours and hybrid work environment - Discounts on Electrolux products and services - Family-friendly benefits - Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path,
