What you'll do: - Develop a distributed system architecture and system integration - Design event-driven applications using microservices architecture on a cloud platform - Model and assess complex IT solutions - Collaborate with platform engineers and IT professionals to select compatible design solutions - Manage and adhere to the release management process - Analyze the scope and potential organizational impact of information systems - Evaluate existing systems and offer guidance on meeting organizational requirements - Ensure technical project components align with the organization's business needs - Secure information systems from potential threats - Advise on project design, costs, and anticipated benefits - Identify technical debt and recommend alternatives or enhancements proactively Who you are: - Ideally, possess a University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields - Over 12 years of experience in application development - Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture - Demonstrated expertise in microservices-based architecture - Proficiency in modern programming languages like C#, Java, Python, or Node.js - Experience in API-first development - Extensive familiarity with Cloud Computing (preferably Azure) - Proficiency in modern document-oriented databases, preferably MongoDB - Experience in developing components for Event-Driven Architecture, with production-level exposure to technologies like Event Hubs or Event Grid (or similar technologies like Kafka) - Work experience in an agile environment emphasizing engineering practices such as testing and continuous integration - Background in Data Migration - Strong familiarity with virtualization - Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies - Fluent in English Desirable: - Experience and proficiency in platform management, with certifications such as Azure Administrator - Exposure to Mongo Atlas app services - Proficiency in Mongo Cluster administration Where you'll be: This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, India Benefits Highlights: - Flexible work hours and a hybrid work environment - Discounts on Electrolux products and services - Family-friendly benefits - Extensive learning opportunities and a flexible career path,
