Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field
Minimum 5 year of experience in managing ELV projects or related systems
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Roles & Responsibility

Lead a team providing technical support for security systems (Access control, CCTV).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software complex issues of Access control and CCTV Solution
Ensure Faster response to critical incidents.
Manage escalations, Key account coordination, and root cause analysis.
Train and mentor support engineers on security technologies.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for troubleshooting.
Oversee software upgrades for Key Accounts.
Collaborate with OEM teams to address vulnerabilities issues.
Good understanding on SQL Server and Database operation.

Required Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field

Required Experience: 5+ years
