Job Description: As a Senior Tech Sales Associate at Adeeba e-Services, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers facing computer issues. You will be required to diagnose the problem effectively and provide suitable recommendations to the customers. Additionally, you will be expected to promote and sell technical support plans along with relevant software solutions to enhance customer experience.
