As a Technical Support Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications. Your technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat - Identify and diagnose technical issues reported by customers - Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner - Document and track customer issues in a ticketing system - Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues **Skills:** - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java - Familiarity with troubleshooting - Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of experience in technical support required This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
