Job Description

You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level assistance to customers by diagnosing and reporting software and hardware problems, assisting with installations, and resolving network issues. You will also be configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide support through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and chats. Key skills required for this role include strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Hindi and English, proper escalation of unresolved issues to internal teams, understanding of computer systems and mobile devices, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, research and identify solutions to software and hardware problems, as well as investigating and solving computer software and hardware faults. In terms of technical skills, you should have sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, hands-on experience with MS Office and database management, and proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, C#.Net, VB.Net, Java, or Python. It is essential to have your own bike, laptop, and Android mobile as travel (inside or outside the state) may be required. The job falls under the IT-Software / Software Services / IT-Related Products industry, specifically in the functional area of Technical Support & Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in software or hardware support, with a minimum qualification of B.Sc. (IT), BCA, MCA, or MBA (IT). The salary range for this position is 1.8 - 2.4 LPA, and the age restriction is between 20 to 30 years. You will be reporting to the Project Manager or Team Leader and should be willing to work full-time in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The job type is permanent, with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The shift is fixed during the day, and proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required for this role.
