Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Handle user account setup, modifications, password resets and permission assignments Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory and Group Policy-related issues Address performance bottlenecks and configure remote access via RD Gateway Provide printer configuration and file share permission support Key Deliverables: Ensure timely resolution of support tickets related to Windows administration Maintain system stability through proactive problem and incident management Optimize system and user performance using Group Policies and AD tools Document standard troubleshooting procedures and resolution workflows
