Tech Specialist Enterprise Apps(PLM/ERP/MES)-Sweden Based Co Pune/Blr

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and propose integrated

  ELM (Engineering Lifecycle Management)

  solutions aligned with customer processes and business strategy.
• Gather, formalize, and analyze customer requirements, converting them into detailed

  technical and functional specifications

  .
• Design scalable

  system architectures

  covering data management, process automation, and integrations with

  PLM, ERP, and MES

  systems.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation including

  stakeholder communication

  , technical governance, risk mitigation, and alignment with the business roadmap.
• Conduct

  workshops, blueprinting sessions, and UAT

  , ensuring user adoption and effective change management.
• Collaborate with Product Management & R&D to feed customer insights into the

  product roadmap

  .
• Experience in interacting with presales team.
• Drive and enforce

  quality improvement processes

  across the implementation lifecycle.
• Actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical / Functional Competencies:

• Minimum

  4+ years of experience

  as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant in enterprise software implementation.
• Solid understanding of

  engineering processes and workflows

  used in manufacturing organizations.
• Hands-on experience in implementing, integrating, and rolling out

  PLM, ERP, or other enterprise applications

  .
• Excellent

  written and verbal English communication skills

  with the ability to interact with diverse technical and business audiences; capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong knowledge of

  distributed, multi-tier enterprise architectures

  .
• Practical experience with key technologies, including:

• Web development

  : Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Perl, XML, XSLT

• Storage systems

  : SAN, NAS, NFS

• Authentication & email systems

  : LDAP, SMTP

• Databases

  : Oracle, PostgreSQL

• Cloud platforms & technologies

• AI/ML concepts and applications

• Operating systems

  : Linux and Windows
• Experience using version control and DevOps tools such as

  Git, GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  process management tools

  like Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with

  CAE processes and tools

  (added advantage).
• Understanding of

  High-Performance Computing (HPC)

  and job schedulers such as

  SLURM

  .
• Proven

  problem-solving and analytical abilities

  .
• Willingness to travel

  up to 50%

  based on project and customer requirements.
