Tech Sales & Support Executive

Job Openings:

We’re currently hiring 2 Technical Sales Executives and 1 Technical Support Specialist with proven experience in US-based inbound tech support/sales calls. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer interaction, we’d love to hear from you!

• Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (On-site only)
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (US time zone)
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month + Monthly Incentives

Technical Sales Executives – 2 Positions

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers for technical issues related to emails, printers, routers, and more
• Drive sales by offering relevant support and service packages
• Build rapport and trust with customers to ensure high conversion rates

Technical Support Executive – 1 Position

Provide troubleshooting support for:

• Email Client configurations
• Printer and scanner setup
• Router/modem issues
• Basic desktop/laptop troubleshooting
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate resolutions

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling US-based inbound tech support or tech sales calls
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Computer peripherals (printers, routers, etc.)
• Email configuration and troubleshooting
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls during night hours
• Self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and sales focus
