Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech QA Lead to join our team at A5E Consulting Pvt. Ltd., with 5-10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the quality assurance team in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with automation testing frameworks and languages such as Java or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance on best practices and career development.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
