What would you do?
You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationDiscipline and management of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.

Professional Skill Requirements:1.Deliver Programme and Projects Management.2.Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).3.Good understanding of multiple domains4.Working knowledge of business processes in operations with process controls.5.Standardization & Business Excellence - Implement service standards & operational policies for business excellence.6.Experience with Transition and Transformation.7.Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.8.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.9.Desire to work in an information systems environment.10.Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.11.Excellent leadership and management skills.A:10+ years of experience managing programs, projects, and teams B:4 years of experience with leading Agile projects C:Experience working with off-shore teams D:Experience at working with client and account leads to analyze issues and risks and work through approach and strategy to resolve or mitigate
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture
  • It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility
  • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters
  • Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
  • Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility
  • Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
