Join our team at Aviato Consulting as a Tech Product Manager specializing in Salesforce and take on the strategic ownership of our clients" Salesforce instances. You will play a crucial role in treating Salesforce as a core technology product that drives essential business functions across various departments like sales, service, marketing, and operations. This position offers you the opportunity to define the vision, strategy, and roadmaps that will directly contribute significant value and efficiency gains. As part of the team, you will be empowered to identify opportunities, lead initiatives, and oversee successful implementations by collaborating closely with customer stakeholders and our skilled technical teams. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer Salesforce platforms, acting as the main liaison between customer business leaders and Aviato's Salesforce technical teams. You will be tasked with translating complex customer business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications, utilizing your deep Salesforce expertise to identify and advocate for innovative solutions leveraging platform capabilities and new releases. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving value by effectively prioritizing the Salesforce product backlog based on customer impact and strategic goals, partnering with our Administrators and Developers throughout the delivery lifecycle, and ensuring solutions meet customer expectations by defining acceptance criteria and managing UAT. Monitoring solution performance and adoption to iterate for continuous improvement and customer success, communicating the value and progress of Salesforce initiatives to customer stakeholders, and navigating the Salesforce ecosystem to identify relevant third-party solutions and trends will also be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least 10 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst with a strong focus on the Salesforce platform. In-depth understanding of core Salesforce concepts and declarative capabilities, experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements for Salesforce solutions, demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage a product backlog, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential qualifications for this role. Desired qualifications include holding a Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce certifications, experience with specific Salesforce Clouds or products, familiarity with Agile development methodologies, experience working with Salesforce development teams, experience with change management and user adoption strategies, and knowledge of integration concepts between Salesforce and other systems. This position is contractual/temporary with a contract length of 12 months.
