Tech Product & Offering Dev Sr Manager

Role Overview: As a Tech Product & Offering Dev Sr Manager at Accenture, your role will involve launching/acquiring new products/offerings and creating solutions in Talent & HR/Industry Streams. You will work closely with client/customer management teams to achieve product objectives and have technical & functional experience in building/solutioning/integrating products. It is essential to have solid functional experience in at least one area under domains and have experience working with other Product Managers and Functional Owners to establish Functional and Technology Roadmaps. Your experience in working in a matrixed organization, coordinating with higher or lower level resources, and applying Product Management principles in Tech/Func Management will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the market, including new opportunities and technologies, and understand the emerging needs of customers for the product/Cluster of products - Own the roadmap for chosen categories of the Product and align it with the overall strategy - Work with other Product Managers and Technical/Functional Product owners to eliminate overlap and duplication of Functionality and Features - Collaborate with Technical Architects and Technical teams to build In-house Tools and Solutions - Coordinate with external vendors/suppliers to align their roadmaps with the product roadmap - Develop pricing models and support each product with appropriate tools and templates - Work with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch and sell new features - Take frequent feedback from customers and users to incorporate in the product development cycle - Track Product Usage and develop strategies for increasing adoption and usage by Users/Personas/Buyers (Internal or External) Qualification Required: - Experience in launching/acquiring new products/offerings and creating solutions in Talent & HR/Industry Streams - Technical & functional experience in building/solutioning/integrating products - Solid functional experience in at least one area under domains - Experience working with other Product Managers and Functional Owners to establish Functional and Technology Roadmaps - Familiarity with evaluating the market, aligning the roadmap for chosen categories of the Product, and working closely with Technical Architects and Technical teams - Ability to develop pricing models, work with marketing and sales teams, and incorporate feedback from customers in the product development cycle,
