Job Description - Tech Ops Engineering

Office Location - Hyderabad (In office).
Exp- 5-8 yrs

Responsibility

• Project Management: Proficient in managing the Scrum framework include define sprint, manage daily scum call, publish MOM, coordinating key ceremonies, and leading large-scale development and customization initiatives.
• Business Analysis: Skilled in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and maintaining adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Implementation: Experienced in API integrations, implementing security measures, and providing technical support across the SDLC (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
• Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Operations teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications.
• Architecture & Design: Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects and features, while designing and documenting high-level architecture.
• Best Practices: Promote and enforce software development best practices, including secure coding, performance optimization, and effective testing methodologies.
• Problem Solving: Analyse and resolve complex technical challenges and architectural issues with a strategic and solution-oriented approach.
