Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Technical Lead

with deep expertise in

C++

and the

Qt Framework

to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of C++/Qt developers.

Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable codebases.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using C++ and Qt.

Optimize application performance and memory usage.

Integrate third-party libraries and APIs as needed.

Architecture & Design

Define software architecture and design patterns suitable for complex applications.
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in
