We have urgent requirement for Tech. Lead Vehicle Gen-AI

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: immediate to 60days

Role Overview

Experience:

• 10+ years of AI Development experience, 3-5 years Experience in AI Model Design including transformer-based Models (e.g. Multimodal Image encoders)
• Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment. Demonstrable experience in a technical training, mentorship, or consulting role, preferably within a corporate or academic setting. Experience working with diverse teams and adapting training methods to different learning styles. Prior experience understanding AI &ML Talent, its unique talent landscape and educational systems, is a strong plus.

Academics

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language used in AI (Python / C++ highly preferred). Deep expertise in various machine learning algorithms , deep learning architectures and GenAi/ Transformers models. Hands-on experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, etc. Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI Platform).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices for AI systems. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and ML Ops. Proficiency in working with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Trainer/Consultant Skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to teaching and mentoring. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower others to learn and grow.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Strong organizational and time management skills.
