TECH LEAD

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of scalable SaaS-based ERP systems, web applications, and portals. - Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment. - Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and other technical staff. - Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures in alignment with business requirements and technology trends. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical specifications and deliver solutions. - Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment processes. - Optimize application performance and scalability. - Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance product offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS-based ERP, web applications, and web portal development. - Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, Python, .NET, or Java. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. - Experience with API design, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git). Skills: - Experience with AI/ML integration in SaaS products. - Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools. - Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
