Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead at Simform, you will be a key player in leading large engineering teams with your expertise in backend technologies. Your role involves providing solutions architecture support, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding the implementation process. Additionally, you will contribute hands-on as a developer when needed, ensuring project accuracy, quality, and efficiency by leveraging your knowledge in multiple tech stacks. You will oversee development teams, offering technical guidance, mentoring developers, and conducting training sessions to uphold coding standards, design principles, and architectural best practices. With your 7+ years of experience in backend technologies, you will demonstrate your proficiency in MEAN/MERN, PHP/Laravel, Python, or Ruby on Rails, while designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Your strong leadership skills will be essential as you guide the team in following best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles. You will also possess in-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and backend technologies such as PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, and Node.js. Experience in frontend technologies like React.js and Angular.js, as well as cloud services like AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB will be beneficial. If you have experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, GraphQL, API design best practices, Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, AI/ML-based solutions, performance optimization, and security best practices, it would be an added advantage.
