Tech Lead / Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and delivery of complex IT projects. This hybrid role combines strong technical leadership with project management expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders—to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Lead software development teams through all phases of the SDLC (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
• Make key architectural and design decisions in collaboration with senior developers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks that improve efficiency and product quality.

Project Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,830.15 - ₹80,529.66 per month
