Team Leadership & Management

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers.

• Conduct technical interviews, participate in hiring, and help onboard new team members.

• Assign tasks, plan sprints, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

• Provide regular feedback, performance assessments, and career development guidance.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence across the team.

Full-Stack Development (Hands-On)

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs.

• Build responsive and modular front-end components using React.js and associated tooling.

• Oversee integration between front-end and backend services to ensure consistent quality across the stack.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to engineers.

Azure Cloud Architecture & Deployment

• Architect and deploy applications using Azure App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, and Container Registry.

• Set up secure and scalable infrastructure leveraging Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, and Blob Storage.

• Integrate Azure AD / B2C for authentication and access control.

• Ensure high availability, monitoring, logging, and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Monitor & App Insights and Datadog.

• Experience in Postgress DB.

DevOps & CI/CD Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end DevOps workflows using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

• Define CI/CD strategies, environment promotion workflows, and release standards.

• Ensure best practices in Git branching, versioning, testing automation, and deployment governance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.

• 3+ years in a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Architect role.

• Strong expertise in:

• Node.js / TypeScript

• React.js / TypeScript

• Microservices, APIs, event-driven design

• Advanced hands-on experience with Azure services:

• AKS, Azure Functions, App Services

• API Management

• Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Blob Storage

• Service Bus / Event Hub

• Strong DevOps background using:

• GitHub Actions (must)

• Azure DevOps Repos & Pipelines

• Azure Container Registry (ACR)

• Azure Bicep / ARM templates

• Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.Role & responsibilities
