Role Overview: YASH Technologies, a leading technology integrator, is seeking .Net Core Professionals with 8-12 years of experience to join their team. As a .Net Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team, resolving issues, and developing clean, scalable code using various technologies. Your role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to the business transformation of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of developers and resolve their issues effectively. - Develop code using ASP.NET framework, C#, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns. - Work on API development including Restful, SOAP, Webservices, Graph QL, and microservices. - Utilize UI technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and React.js. - Demonstrate expertise in Azure Development/deployment environment and containerized applications. - Ensure code quality, adherence to application architecture, and design standards. - Collaborate with Agile Development methodologies and participate in SCRUM or Extreme Programming. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of industry experience in .NET development. - Proven experience as a .NET Lead with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in code versioning tools such as TFS, GIT, or Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs like REST, RPC. - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. - Experience with deployment processes and IIS knowledge. - Strong knowledge of OOPS and familiarity with debugging techniques. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
