Tech Lead- Full Stack- SSC

As a Full Stack Developer at vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company, you will play a crucial role in developing our critical Enterprise Applications. Joining a cross-functional team, you will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. Your responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing the overall application architecture, and ensuring that the design is optimized for speed and scalability. You will participate in meetings with various stakeholders, create high-level estimates for project sizing, and contribute to sprint grooming and planning meetings by adding necessary details. A key aspect of your role will be to guide the team technically, manage tasks, and ensure adherence to best practices in terms of technology and processes. You will review code to guarantee correctness of implementation and manage deployment across environments by coordinating integration testing. Additionally, you will research emerging technologies, maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps, and assist in developing strategic plans. Your technical skills should include at least 5 to 10 years of industry experience, expertise in coaching and mentoring team members, familiarity with design patterns, and experience in designing solutions for Azure/cloud. Proficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks such as C#, ASP .NET Core, and Node.js, web fundamentals like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React, and experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server are essential. Knowledge of REST APIs, continuous integration and deployment, and excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are also required. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science or a related field.
