Tech Lead Full Stack Developer (MERN)

You are a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Developer with over 5 years of experience. Your role at Tridhya Tech, a leading full-service software development company in Ahmedabad, will involve leading a team and designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet clients" requirements. Your responsibilities will include showcasing strong expertise in the MERN stack, knowledge of frameworks like Next.js and NestJS, proficiency in Express.js & TypeScript, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, CI/CD using Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, guiding and mentoring developers in best coding practices, conducting code reviews, translating business requirements into technical solutions, strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, and working with NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase) & SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL). As a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience as a MERN Developer. Your extensive experience in building web applications using the MERN stack, solid understanding of MongoDB and database design principles, proficiency in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js, strong knowledge of React.js, familiarity with state management libraries and frontend build tools, experience with RESTful APIs, integrating frontend applications with backend services, and proficiency in version control systems like Git are crucial. Moreover, your intermediate experience with cloud platforms like AWS and AZURE, familiarity with design patterns and solid principals, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, experience in mentoring junior developers, and providing technical guidance are highly valued.
