A Technical Lead (Tech Lead) is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring that the technical vision of a project is implemented effectively, and making high-level design decisions. In this case, the tech stack involves .NET, .NET Core, and Angular, which means the role will focus on both back-end and front-end technologies. 2. Key Responsibilities: Architecting Solutions: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems using .NET technologies (such as .NET Core, ASP.NET). Code Reviews and Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers, provide feedback, and ensure that code adheres to best practices and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Technical Leadership: Take ownership of the technical direction of the project, including decisions related to framework versions, libraries, and tools. Full-Stack Development: While focusing on the back-end with .NET Core, the role will also involve front-end development using Angular, ensuring seamless integration between client and server-side code. Performance Optimization: Ensure the application performs well, scales effectively, and can handle a growing number of users or data. CI/CD and DevOps: Oversee the integration of continuous delivery pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment of code. Problem-Solving: Address complex technical challenges and provide solutions that meet both business and technical needs. Skills & Expertise Required: Back-End Development with .NET / .NET Core: C#: Proficiency in C# as it is the primary language for .NET and .NET Core applications. ASP.NET Core: Understanding of web frameworks, REST APIs, MVC architecture. Entity Framework Core: Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) for database management. SQL/NoSQL: Knowledge of working with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB). Web Services: Ability to work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and GraphQL. Unit Testing & TDD: Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest. Front-End Development with Angular: Angular: Proficiency in building modern web applications using Angular (preferably with TypeScript). HTML/CSS: Deep understanding of semantic HTML, CSS (Flexbox, Grid), and responsive design.
