Tech Lead - DevOps

Role Overview: As a Tech Lead DevOps with 7-10 years of experience in AWS environments, you will be responsible for designing, provisioning, and maintaining AWS Infrastructure in compliance with Rxlogix's standards. You will interact with Customer Technical teams, act as an Infra Lead, and provide design analysis and cost estimation to support sales efforts. Your role will involve serving as a Subject Matter Expert in resolving AWS and IT infrastructure issues, training team members on best practices, and implementing frameworks using latest DevOps tools. Key Responsibilities: - Design, provision, and maintain AWS Infrastructure following compliance and security standards - Prepare, review, approve, and maintain Architecture documents for various customers - Interact with Customer Technical teams to gather information and provision infrastructure - Provide design analysis and cost estimation for sales efforts - Act as Subject Matter Expert in addressing and resolving AWS and IT infrastructure issues - Train team members on AWS cloud best practices and microservice best practices - Implement frameworks using latest DevOps tools and technologies - Provide strategic and tactical solutions for technical issues - Participate actively in executing AWS cloud-related projects from initiation to completion - Ensure support for compliance and customer audits - Perform cost-effective design changes to reduce cloud spending Qualifications Required: - Excellent AWS hands-on skills, including Lambda, Cloud Formation, SSM, KMS, S3, RDS, EC2, Load Balancers, Route53, etc. - Preferably AWS Architect Professional certification - Strong knowledge of AWS Security tools such as Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, SGs, NACLs, etc. - Proficiency in Network Administration involving VPC, SG, NACLs, Subnets, VPN, Gateways, Open VPN, IPSec/Site to Site VPN, etc. - Experience in establishing new DevOps practices in cloud environments and managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Ansible, Salt, Git, Jenkins, etc. - Excellent understanding of Monitoring/SIEM tools in AWS environments Additional Company Details: Rxlogix is a reputable company in the Product/Pharma industry that values employees with good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, team leadership experience, and a background in B.Tech./BE from a reputed institute.,
