Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles- Experience in implementing SAP FI S/4HANA modules- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP FI S/4HANA system Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
