  , you will be responsible for driving innovative practices, implementing technology best practices, and bringing depth of expertise into delivery engagement strategies related to

  SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  . You will enhance operational efficiency by leading continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to team performance in optimizing WMS solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expertise

  : Expected to perform as an SME in SAP Warehouse Management (WMS), guiding the team with expert insights and solutions.

• Team Collaboration and Leadership

  : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead team decisions to enhance performance. Manage and oversee the team's efforts to implement SAP WMS effectively.

• Problem Solving and Decision Making

  : Provide solutions to challenges that impact both immediate teams and cross-functional teams. Ensure that strategic decisions align with business goals and objectives.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team by identifying areas of optimization and implementing strategic improvements in SAP WMS solutions.

• Strategy Development

  : Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and ensure the smooth execution of SAP WMS processes across the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  : Deep expertise and hands-on experience with the SAP WMS, including the configuration and optimization of warehouse management processes.

• Strong Understanding of Supply Chain Management

  : Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations and processes, focusing on warehouse management as part of the broader supply chain strategy.

• Experience with SAP WMS Implementations

  : Proven experience in successfully implementing, optimizing, and managing WMS solutions within an SAP environment.

• Integration with Other SAP Modules

  : Knowledge of how SAP WMS integrates with other SAP modules (such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP EWM) to streamline operations.

• Warehouse Automation Technologies

  : Familiarity with the latest warehouse automation technologies (e.g., robotics, automation tools) to enhance operational efficiency within the SAP WMS context.
