Tech Consultant

The role of a Tech Consultant at our company based in Chennai involves providing technical support and consulting services to clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, offering analyses, and contributing to sales efforts. You will be required to assess client needs, design technical solutions, implement and maintain systems, provide training and support, and engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities. To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills for evaluating and implementing technical solutions. Additionally, having a working knowledge of any ERP system, along with proficiency in DotNet, Asp Dotnet, C#, SQL, and Report Writing Tools like Crystal Reports and SSRS is essential. You should be willing to work on Windows Applications and demonstrate the ability to understand Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and create relevant Solution Design Documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting and delivering client-focused technical support, as well as expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Familiarity with sales processes and client engagement is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required for this position. Any prior experience in IT consulting or a related field would be advantageous.
