What You’ll Own

Translate business ideas into clear technical execution
Deliver outcomes, not just code
Manage interns and junior developers
Extract work, review output, and ensure deadlines
Handle pressure, workload, and fast changes
Act as the technical decision-maker alongside me
You will not be micromanaged.
You will be held accountable.

Initial Phase

7 days probation (mutual fit check)
1 month at ₹15,000 to fully understand systems, vision, and working style
Post this phase: we work hand-to-hand as builders, not as boss and employee

Who This Is For

Comfortable managing people and workload
Serious about building something long-term

Onsite – Chandigarh only
