👨‍💻 Who You Are:

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in

  Full Stack Web Development

  (Node.js + React / MERN / MEAN)
• Strong understanding of

  scalable & secure web architecture

• Comfortable with

  DevOps, APIs, databases

  , and modern hosting (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
• Bonus: Interest or experience in

  AI/ML

  — NLP, recommendation systems, LLMs
• Proven ability to

  lead or manage tech teams

• Comfortable building from scratch, learning on the go, and wearing multiple hats
• Tamil or Malayalam speaking preferred (for easier internal coordination)
