Job Description

Are you a driven, curious, and solution-oriented individual with expertise in Teamcenter looking to make a significant impact We are currently seeking a Teamcenter Solutions Architect who is passionate about exploring new technologies and driving innovation. As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with onsite architects to independently conduct research and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for cutting-edge Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) modules. In this role, you will have the autonomy to take ownership, innovate with minimal direction, and enhance your technical skills within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. This position offers more than just a job; it serves as a launching pad for professionals aspiring to shape next-generation PLM solutions and progress into future leadership or enterprise architecture roles. Responsibilities: - Conduct independent research and develop POCs for new Teamcenter Active Workspace modules and technologies. - Collaborate with onsite architects and business teams to translate minimal input into actionable technical solutions. - Generate structured reports on POC outcomes and technical feasibility. - Manage and deliver tasks with accountability and minimal supervision. - Stay updated on Siemens Teamcenter advancements and trends within the PLM ecosystem. - Aid in integration efforts with CAD, ERP, and enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange. - Contribute to ideation workshops and technical solutioning sessions. - Maintain detailed documentation to facilitate knowledge retention and onboarding. - Proactively suggest enhancements and address technical risks promptly. - Respond promptly to queries and blockers from the onsite team. Required Skills and Experience: - Proficient in Teamcenter PLM (Part & BOM Management, AWC, Document & Change Management, Workflow design, Access Management). - Experience in integrating CAD tools (preferably NX) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP). - Sound understanding of Teamcenter server architecture (DB Server, App Server, Web Server, Dispatcher). - Hands-on experience with BMIDE for data model and business object configuration. - Proficiency in PLMXML configurations and XSLT transformations. - Customization of Active Workspace using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Teamcenter ITK development (C/C++) for server-side logic and customization. - Experience working with Teamcenter SOA APIs for extensions and integrations. - Exposure to building and consuming REST or SOAP web services. - Knowledge of Teamcenter version 2406 or higher. - Understanding of PLM process flows in discrete manufacturing industries. - Experience supporting distributed, global teams in an offshore-onshore model. - Familiarity with Teamcenter X (cloud PLM) is a plus. - Proficient in Git for version control and repository management. - Ability to configure Jenkins pipelines for automated deployment of Teamcenter customizations. Soft Skills: - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions. - Adaptability to new challenges, tools, and technologies. - Collaborative attitude with a focus on delivering quality and consistency.,
