Teamcenter Solutions Architect Active Workspace & Proof-of-Concepts Specialist

In this role, you will collaborate closely with onsite architects to conduct independent research and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for cutting-edge Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) modules. As a Teamcenter Solutions Architect, you will have the autonomy to take ownership, innovate with minimal guidance, and enhance your technical skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Your responsibilities will include independently researching and developing POCs for new Teamcenter Active Workspace modules, collaborating with onsite architects and business teams to translate minimal input into actionable technical solutions, providing detailed reports on POC outcomes and technical feasibility, managing tasks with accountability and minimal supervision, staying updated on Siemens Teamcenter advancements and PLM ecosystem trends, supporting integration efforts with CAD, ERP, and enterprise systems, contributing to ideation workshops and technical solutioning sessions, maintaining detailed documentation for knowledge retention and onboarding, proactively suggesting enhancements and mitigating technical risks, and promptly addressing queries and blockers from the onsite team. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Teamcenter PLM, including experience in Part & BOM Management, AWC, Document & Change Management, Workflow design, and Access Management. Additionally, integration experience with CAD tools (preferably NX) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), sound knowledge of Teamcenter server architecture, hands-on experience with BMIDE, proficiency in PLMXML configurations and XSLT transformations, and customization skills using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are essential. Preferred qualifications for the role include expertise in Teamcenter ITK development, experience with Teamcenter SOA APIs, familiarity with REST or SOAP web services, knowledge of Teamcenter version 2406 or higher, understanding of PLM process flows in discrete manufacturing industries, experience in supporting distributed global teams, familiarity with Teamcenter X (cloud PLM), and proficiency in DevOps tools such as Git and Jenkins. Soft skills such as being a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication and documentation abilities, a problem-solving mindset, adaptability to new challenges, tools, and technologies, and a collaborative attitude focused on delivering quality and consistency are also crucial for success in this role.,
