Team Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Kolkata. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, performing Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) duties, delivering healthcare support, and participating in training sessions. Additional responsibilities include supporting patient care and ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) procedures and practices
• Strong foundation in Medicine and general Healthcare principles
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with patients and team members
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and educate others in healthcare protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and a compassionate, patient-oriented approach
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a relevant healthcare-related field is preferred
• Relevant work experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
