Job Summary

Aku's The Burger co. is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Shift Members to join our growing team! As a FOH team member, you’ll be the face of the brand — greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments confidently and responsibly
• Answer questions about the menu and offer recommendations
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, restrooms, and front counter
• Refill napkins, utensils, and other supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Assist with light prep or food assembly during busy hours if needed
• Work as part of a team to deliver smooth and efficient service during each shift

Mandatory Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or food service experience (preferred, but not required)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the POS system
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail
