Grade- M6/7

Location- Kotak infinity Malad East, Mumbai

Job Profile -

1.Identifying, Defining, quantifying, reviewing and reporting of various risks faced by Organisation on regular basis.

2. Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices that could impact Organisation.

3. Participating in strategic planning activities such as identifying new business opportunities or assessing potential threats to business operations

4. Reviewing various business processes and portfolio to identify areas of potential improvement or weakness in risk management controls

5. Working with senior management to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures

6. Conducting internal assessment to evaluate compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

7. Conducting regular training sessions on operational risk management best practices for employees within departments that are most exposed to risk

Requirement - CA/MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in Risk function.
