Job Title: Outlet Team Member / Store Associate
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and responsible Crew Members to join our outlet team. The role involves handling multiple stations and ensuring smooth daily operations with great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as Cashier, handle billing and transactions
• Perform Scooping, Pantry, Shake Making, and Cone Making tasks
• Maintain excellent Customer Relations and service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet (Housekeeping)
• Follow standard operating procedures across all workstations
• Assist team members and support overall outlet operations

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in F&B/QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Evening shift
