Job Title: Telecaller – Business Loans & Working Capital
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory in Business Loans/Working Capital)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience in selling business loans or working capital finance. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and explaining loan products to small and medium business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients
• Pitch business loans and working capital products
• Follow up on leads and convert to applications
• Explain loan terms, eligibility, and documentation
• Maintain daily call records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business loan/working capital telesales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of loan processes and financial documentation
• Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
