Job Description

  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 

  • Coach and Guide Teams Support and mentor the development team in applying Scrum principles and practices. Help teams improve self-organization, collaboration, and accountability.

 

  • Remove Impediments Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's progress. Work with other stakeholders to ensure the team has everything it needs to succeed.

 

  • Continuous Improvement Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, both for individuals and teams. Help teams reflect on their processes and find ways to optimize and improve.

 

  • Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between the team and product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on goals.

 

  • Track Team Progress Monitor and report on the team's progress, including burndown charts, velocity, and sprint goals. Ensure transparency on team performance and blockers.
