Team member PMO

As a Team member PMO at Hero Motocorp, your role will involve compiling and monitoring data of ongoing projects for regular review and status reporting to the management. You will be responsible for monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of procurement at HMCL level. Your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring capacity readiness for upcoming models to achieve target production volume, maintaining MIS and data bank of upcoming new models, and monitoring the procurement function production MIS on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will maintain MIS for critical models, coordinate special projects, and ensure the automation of business requirements related to the procurement function. You will also be responsible for coordinating with all plants for contingency reports and identifying/executing projects to enhance procurement processes. To qualify for this role, you should have a B. Tech degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, vendor development, price negotiation, and cost settlement. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, SAP-MM Module, PLM, Power BI, and project management is required. In terms of behavioral skills, you should be flexible, adaptable, empathetic, a team player, and a quick learner.
