  • Draft and dispatch India invite letters to requesters/employees.
  • Prepare covering letters for Embassy/Consulate submissions and coordinate with TMC for dispatch.
  • Access and validate employee data on the global HR system to prepare visa letters accurately.
  • Perform first-level checks on global immigration vendor invoices.
  • Track and monitor the receipt of passports and visa documents; follow through on pending actions.
  • Scan, record, and maintain visa documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Maintain letter issuance trackers and records.
  • Provide system-based travel clearances for employee exit formalities from India.
